CANCELLATION POLICY

**🌿 24-Hour Cancellation Policy** To provide the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask for at least **24 hours’ notice** if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to someone on our waitlist. Cancellations or rescheduled appointments made less than 24 hours in advance will incure a 20% fee. This fee also applies to no-shows (missing an appointment without notice). We truly appreciate your understanding and support in helping us keep our schedule running smoothly.
